If you’d like to return an item, contact our Customer Service Team by email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your item. 
We only accept the refund that the product is damaged on the day of receipt of our parcel. At the same time, photos are required by you to prove it. 

There are certain situations that the refunds are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors. 

Any reason you do not love a product you receive.
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after your signature of parcel.

Any item has been opened and used by you.

• • Clothing and footwear items without the original packaging and tags 
• • Customised products 
• • Products that have been assembled or installed 
• • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact

Shipping for Return 
To return the product, you should mail your product to our Saudi Arabia Warehouse or United Arab Emirates Warehouse. The shipping fee of return is born by you. Please contact with our Customer Service Team to get the return address by email: [email protected]

 

If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card - please note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account. 
If you paid using PayPal, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded into your account in USD on the exchange rate of that day - please note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account. 
If you paid using our COD (cash on delivery) service, then we will refund your Silverise account with store credit points. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once we have received your returned item. Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed..

 

Can I exchange my item?
